Research lines in Heritage Science
• The main scientific research area was wood science: wood anatomy, degradation, physical and mechanical properties and timber structures. Recognition of the wood species, examination methods, non-destructive instruments, biodegradation and biodeterioration, treatments and restoration techniques and structural engineering.
Instrumentation
• Digital Wood Inspection Drill IML-RESI PD400 and wood moisture meter.
